Ida – (Treatment Coordinator) I have been with Dr. Sullivan’s office since 2003 as a Clinical Technician. In my 24 years of assisting, the last 11 have been the best. I can’t imagine working anywhere else!
I am recognized by the American Association of Orthodontics as a Specialized Orthodontic Assistant and renew my CPR certification bi-annually. Along with my “mad skills” as a chair-side assistant, I have extensive knowledge of orthodontic appliances.
Several years ago I transitioned into our lab to take on the unofficial title of “Retainer Queen.” I know many of you have seen our Facebook page and commented on my Seahawks retainer. Dr. Sullivan is always challenging me to make the latest in high tech appliances and retainers for our patients.
My other interests include spending time with my family, gardening, Silvertips hockey, and neighborhood events. I belong to a Craft Club which tumbles into my gardening, family and neighbor time. We have adopted several needy boxers; they have added much love and enjoyment to our lives. My family has a few charities we like to support through fund raisers and events, Women’s shelter, Boys and Girls club, Old Dog Haven and global one’s through our church.
Tami – (Administrative Coordinator) I started with Dr. Sullivan’s team in 2005 as the Treatment Coordinator. My experience as a parent of an orthodontic patient, as well as having treatment by Dr. Sullivan as an adult, has provided me with an understanding of the experiences of our patients and their families.
I have 14 years’ experience as a treatment and scheduling coordinator dealing with the insurance processes and financial arrangements for investing in orthodontic treatment. My family and I enjoy snowmobiling and spending time at our cabin.
Tina – (Administrative Coordinator) I joined the team in 2002 as a Treatment Coordinator, and I later transitioned into the role of Administrative Coordinator.
My son is currently in treatment, so I have a firsthand perspective in understanding the needs of our patients and their families. My 20 years’ experience in orthodontic practices has prepared me to help our patients with the insurance processes and financial arrangements for investing in orthodontic treatment.
I am active with my son’s Boy Scout troop. I have a close-knit family and enjoy our many family activities. I am crazy about the Seahawks.
Heather – (Clinical Coordinator / Clinical Technician) My role at Sullivan Orthodontics is to provide direct support to Dr. Sullivan and our clinical team so we can provide the highest quality care. I strive to keep the clinic running efficiently so we can make the most of your appointment time.
I am so happy to have returned to Sullivan Orthodontics in 2013 after moving to Portland for two years. I have been a clinical technician since 1999, starting out in Scottsdale AZ. I have been cross-trained in many roles over the years which allows me to provide the best care to patients and families at all points on your orthodontic journey. I am recognized by the American Association of Orthodontics as a Specialized Orthodontic Assistant and have my certification in CPR.
I have been married since 1996 to my husband Robert and have two children Lillian and Sterling, all of us have are lucky to have beautiful smiles because of Dr. Sullivan. In my free time I enjoy traveling, and exploring WA with my family and my dog Mannie. I look forward to seeing you in our office and watching your smile transform.
Sheena – (Clinical Technician) I joined this office in 2012 as a clinical assistant. My experience as a patient in this practice has given me a unique opportunity to relate with my patients.
I give them an insight on what to expect after each visit. I have a special quality that makes each visit a fun experience for our patients. Everyone says I am the most fun assistant! I am recognized by the American Association of Orthodontics as a Specialized Orthodontic Assistant. Additionally, I maintain my certification in CPR.
When I am not working I enjoy coaching or playing softball, volunteering with Special Olympics, camping, fishing, wakeboarding, and also planning my wedding.
Danielle – (Orthodontics Assistant) I have been in the dental field for 13 years and have worked as an orthodontic assistant for 11 years. I knew orthodontics was for me when I began treatment at age 10. It was all so interesting and seemed like a fun environment. Working at Sullivan Orthodontics is exactly that.
I am recognized by the American Association of Orthodontics as a specialized Orthodontics assistant and have my CPR certification.
When not working I enjoy spending time with my husband Kyle and our little girl, Avery. We love to travel, bowl, camp, and spend time with our family and friends.
Tia – (Orthodontics Assistant) I started working at Sullivan Orthodontics in May of 2015. I had just graduated from dental assisting school when Dr. Sullivan and his team gave me the opportunity of a lifetime by hiring me as an assistant. I am continuing to learn each day and I have already gained so much experience. I am working on becoming the resident intraoral scanning expert.
When I am not working I spend most of my time nannying. I love kids, going to church, reading, playing tennis and spending time with my family.
Julia – (Clinical Technichian) I have been with Sullivan Orthodontics since 2015. I love being a part of this fun environment, and getting to know all our patients. In my free time I like to walk my dogs Missy and Charlie around Green Lake, I also like to try new restaurants. I can’t wait to help you throughout your journey to a bright new smile.
