Ida – Treatment Coordinator I have been with Dr. Sullivan’s office since 2003. In my 28 years of assisting, the last 15 have been the best. I can’t imagine working anywhere else!

I started out as a chair-side assistant here at Sullivan Orthodontics. In 2008 I transitioned into our lab to take on the unofficial title of “Retainer Queen”. Dr. Sullivan was always challenging me to make the latest high-tech appliances and retainers for our patients. In 2016 I became Treatment Coordinator and absolutely love this position! Being with Dr. Sullivan for 15 years has really helped me be able to explain everything in detail and let you know what to expect though out your treatment with us. I really love meeting all our new patients and watching their smile change during their treatment. Whenever you are in the office for your appointments please stop by my room and say hi!
My other interests include spending time with my family, gardening, Silvertips hockey, and neighborhood events. I belong to a Craft Club which tumbles into my gardening, family and neighbor time. We have adopted several needy boxers; they have added much love and enjoyment to our lives. My family has a few charities we like to support through fund raisers and events, Women’s shelter, Boys and Girls club, Old Dog Haven and global one’s through our church.
Tami – Scheduling Coordinator I started with Dr. Sullivan’s team in 2005 as the Treatment Coordinator. My experience as a parent of an orthodontic patient, as well as having treatment by Dr. Sullivan as an adult, has provided me with an understanding of the experiences of our patients and their families.
I have 18 years’ experience as a treatment and scheduling coordinator dealing with the insurance processes and financial arrangements for investing in orthodontic treatment. My daughter and I enjoy visiting different towns in Washington, trying new restaurants, spending time with friends and family, and our cat Luna.
Tina – Financial Coordinator I joined the team in 2002 as a Treatment Coordinator, and I later transitioned into the role of Administrative Coordinator.
My son is currently in treatment, so I have a firsthand perspective in understanding the needs of our patients and their families. My 20 years’ experience in orthodontic practices has prepared me to help our patients with the insurance processes and financial arrangements for investing in orthodontic treatment.
I am active with my son’s Boy Scout troop. I have a close-knit family and enjoy our many family activities. I am crazy about the Seahawks.

I have been at Sullivan Orthodontics since 2008 and still love it as much as my first day. I became a clinical technician in Scottsdale AZ, 1999. I have been cross-trained in many roles over the years which allows me to provide the best care to patients and families at all points on your orthodontic journey. I am recognized by the American Association of Orthodontics as a Specialized Orthodontic Assistant and have my certification in CPR.
I have been married since 1996 to my husband Robert and have two children Lillian and Sterling, all four of us have been lucky to have beautiful smiles because of Dr. Sullivan. Julia – Clinical Technician I have been with Sullivan Orthodontics since 2015. I was lucky enough to have been trained by Dr. Sullivan. I have also been cross trained in the clinic and in the lab. I love seeing both aspects of orthodontics. I am so thankful to be a part of this fun environment and getting to know all our patients.
When I was 12 I had braces and headgear. Having treatment myself, I understand what the patients are experiencing, it’s so much better now than when I was younger. We have all the latest technology here that makes it so much easier on our patients.
In my free time I enjoy baking new desserts and spending time outside with my “Shih tzu-Maltese Monster” Mila.
I can’t wait to meet you and help you throughout your journey to a new smile.
Logan – Clinical Technician I started with Sullivan Orthodontics in 2017 and have loved every minute. I graduated in 2015 from Smokey Point Dental Institute, were I received my dental assisting certificate.

I look forward to meeting you.
Danielle – Clinical Technician I have been in the dental field since 2002 and Orthodontics since 2004. I knew orthodontics was for me when I began treatment at age 10. It was all so interesting and was a fun environment. Working at Sullivan Orthodontics is exactly that.

In 2004 Dr. Sullivan sent me to Great Lakes Orthodontics In New York to learn functional appliance fabrication. I learned how to make our acrylic appliances, retainers and soldered appliances. In 2009 I went on maternity leave and took some years off to have and raise my two beautiful children. I returned in 2016, I really enjoy working for Dr. Sullivan and cannot imagine being anywhere else.
I enjoy watching my children play sports, camping, gardening and working around our “mini farm”.

In 2018 I moved to Mukilteo, Washington from Portland, Oregon, where I had lived my entire life. I love Portland and their food trucks but it is great living near the water! After being a general dentistry assistant for two years I was lucky enough to be trained at Sullivan Orthodontics to be an orthodontic assistant. While I prefer working in Orthodontics I do still have a passion for general dentistry so I teach at a dental assisting school on the weekends. As a kid I had an expander, then braces with elastics. Going though my treatment has giving me a better understanding for what my patients go though.
I have been at Sullivan Orthodontics for almost a year now and I love it here! In my free time I enjoy exploring Washington and spending time with my cats and dogs.
