Ida – Treatment Coordinator I have been with Dr. Sullivan’s office since 2003. In my 28 years of assisting, the last 15 have been the best. I can’t imagine working anywhere else!
I am recognized by the American Association of Orthodontics as a Specialized Orthodontic Assistant and renew my CPR certification bi-annually.
I started out as a chair-side assistant here at Sullivan Orthodontics. In 2008 I transitioned into our lab to take on the unofficial title of “Retainer Queen”. Dr. Sullivan was always challenging me to make the latest high-tech appliances and retainers for our patients. In 2016 I became Treatment Coordinator and absolutely love this position! Being with Dr. Sullivan for 15 years has really helped me be able to explain everything in detail and let you know what to expect though out your treatment with us. I really love meeting all our new patients and watching their smile change during their treatment. Whenever you are in the office for your appointments please stop by my room and say hi!
My other interests include spending time with my family, gardening, Silvertips hockey, and neighborhood events. I belong to a Craft Club which tumbles into my gardening, family and neighbor time. We have adopted several needy boxers; they have added much love and enjoyment to our lives. My family has a few charities we like to support through fund raisers and events, Women’s shelter, Boys and Girls club, Old Dog Haven and global one’s through our church.
Tami – Scheduling Coordinator I started with Dr. Sullivan’s team in 2005 as the Treatment Coordinator. My experience as a parent of an orthodontic patient, as well as having treatment by Dr. Sullivan as an adult, has provided me with an understanding of the experiences of our patients and their families.
I have 18 years’ experience as a treatment and scheduling coordinator dealing with the insurance processes and financial arrangements for investing in orthodontic treatment. My daughter and I enjoy visiting different towns in Washington, trying new restaurants, spending time with friends and family, and our cat Luna.
Tina – Financial Coordinator I joined the team in 2002 as a Treatment Coordinator, and I later transitioned into the role of Administrative Coordinator.
My son is currently in treatment, so I have a firsthand perspective in understanding the needs of our patients and their families. My 20 years’ experience in orthodontic practices has prepared me to help our patients with the insurance processes and financial arrangements for investing in orthodontic treatment.

When I was 12 I had braces and headgear. Having treatment myself, I understand what the patients are experiencing, it’s so much better now than when I was younger. We have all the latest technology here that makes it so much easier on our patients.
